The Dunning Hotel Bar

The Dunning Hotel Bar has recently been refurbished using natural wood as a theme and has lost none of it's character. All the woodwork was carried out by a local craftsman and the bar is now somewhat unique. A real coal fire still burns in the grate and the exposed stone walls and original water spigot on the bar add a lot of character to the bar which retains it's country village atmosphere.

The Dunning Hotel has become very popular in the area with both locals and visitors, for the bar atmosphere and especially for the food, which is home-cooked wherever possible and comes at a very reasonable cost. Food can be taken in the upstairs restaurant, which has also recently been refurbished, in the main bar downstairs or in the snug bar/lounge to the rear of the hotel. Both the restaurant and the snug are strictly no smoking areas with the only smoking area in the main bar.
